- Strategic Management Initiative is associated with Indian Machine Tools Manufacturers Association (IMTMA), Bangalore, in promoting the Plast Form 2010 exhibition organized by IMTMA as a part of IMTEX Forming 2010 from January 21-26, 2010 at Bangalore.
- IMTMA has been know globally for IMTEX exhibition for machine tools organized since 1969. Now IMTMA has decided to hold IMTEX Metal Cutting and Forming events alternate year. IMTEX Forming will have Metal Form 2010, Plast Form 2010 and Future Form 2010 as concurrent events.
- WHY IMTEX for plastics when there are so many plastics exhibitions? Plast Form 2010 will focus exclusively on engineering plastics. IMTEX is well known for exhibitions for capital goods like injection moulding, dies casting, metal cutting and forming machine tools, dies and moulds.
- The largest segment of visitors for IMTEX Forming are likely from automotive sector which has been pioneer in replacing metalparts with high performance engineering plastics.
- Plast Form 2010 has advantage of getting very focussed visitors from plastics industry as well as metals industry. The visitors to metal forming show would always be interested in exploring conversion from metal to plastics for cost benefit due to latest innovations in materials and processing technologies.
- Future Form 2010 will be an attraction for futuristics materials even for polymers and plastics industry.
